I've been comparing plans using the hia comparison tool, and the specs for every plan include a section for "certain Special Procedures" as well as "procedures other than Cardiac and Special". What kind of procedures are they referring to? Or would it vary much by plan?
Another question I have is what is meant by "Radiology Test Fees"? I'd normally think this refers to the scans themselves but apparently it's not the case as for some plans it says "MRI, CT and PET-CT covered in full" but the Test Fees are only partially covered.
