If it's gas heating, we used these people... No connection... Can't speak highly enough of them....
[broken link removed]
When they put our heating into our last house, they cleaned up really well... And when their boss came to inspect the work, he spotted a VERY small amount of dust that the lads had missed, HE cleaned it!...
Thanks Darth, I called them but they won't touch Vokera boilers because they are rubbish.
Vokera charge €185 up front before they will call out. Looks like I'm stuck with them unless I want to spend €3000 on a new boiler.
Thats strange that they won't work on certain boilers. Whats wrong with it? faulty heat exchager is a common fault on Vokera. Sorry can't recommend anyone, DGOBS should be albe to though.
I have a Vokera myself. That its a low cost (poor quality?) boiler is reflected in the low standard of the plumbing in the rest of my house. which I have come to realise over the past few years. Maybe its coincidence, but I doubt it. I expect if you see a better boiler the rest of the system will reflect that.
Vokera boilers are a cheapish boiler. And the mynutes seem to have an adversion to limescale rich areas. But once installed correctly to a sound (leak free) treated ch system the give little trouble. And the mynute e series pcb boards are nearly bullet proof unlike some more expensive models. So I don't knock them too much. The old addage keep it simple stupid does sometimes apply.
As fir service and repair in ur area I have some contacts that do cover the area either ring or contact me for more on this.
Got ur pm op and u should get on well with the vokera engineer they are usually good enough as long as the problem is on the boiler and not on the system
