It's very hard to navigate the new Central Bank website, but the figure are here:

Interest Rate Stats June 2017

 The weighted average interest rate on new variable
rate mortgage agreements (excluding renegotiations)
stood at 3.35 per cent in June (Chart 1). The rate on all
new agreements, fixed and variable, stood at 3.30 per
cent. The equivalent euro area rate was 1.83 per cent.

So customers are still paying 1.52% more than the average eurozone rate.

Or about €200 per month on a mortgage of €200k.

It's lower for new customers who avail of the cash-back deals.
