cctv and access control

Hi Guys,

First post here.

Just building new house and getting first fix done.

I was wondering about getting a good CCTV system (that I can access vis iphone etc.) and a good video intercom (colour) system.

Any thought - my spark will fit it.

Dont want entry level stuff (nor do I want high high end stuff)

Plenty of good CCTV at reasonable prices available now.
How many cameras do you have in mind?
Most come with phone /browser access.
Keep away from the DIY kits they are not worth the hassle. In most cases they will not have digital watermarking so any evidence may be deemed useless.
Likewise look for middle range video intercom.
Do you have a budget in mind. ?
 
Budget - good enough that will give me a good value product. Honestly dont mind going decent moeny if product is good. Not mega rich however.

Looking for good quality and willing to pay for it.

Only knowledge through googling.

Re access came across everyvue re access control (dutch co i think) - any thoughts- anyone know this? Kinda impressed by touch screen - but is this just bsh*t

Re cctv - came across the same product a lot when googled - seems to be a dome 4 system camera with dvr.

Got quotes from some smart home companies but know getting my spark/alarm guy to do it and me buying will be a lot cheaper

I have used www.henrys.co.uk a fair bit in the past. They operate from London, prompt delivery and very good prices. Very good with any problems etc.
