I have checked similar threads, but what I really need at this stage is a recommended company to carry out the above, or at least to give advice on the best solution. Has anyone had experience of a particular company?
Thanks.

I used a company called shannon insulation based in Killucan Co Westmeath.
They pumped all my cavities and also sprayed the roof with soybean insulation.
These guys are a long time in the business so they have solutions for most jobs.
Google them for details

soy insulation hasnt got proper certification (yet) so best advice is to stay away from it until it has its proper certifcation.

I used Cooper insulation based in Kells and they were very neat and quick. A 3 bed semi cost €800 I think

Hi Ophelia,

Are you building your house or do you live in an existing house.
The norm if building is for the blocklayer to place the insulation with each lift of blockwork as the blockwork is being completed.Kingspan would be recognised as a good source and the different options are on theie web-site.

My house is a 1980's build, with a 1990's extension. So Kingspan probably no good for me.
