I plan to convert a bus into a mobile shop, selling sweets, minerals, ice creams and tea/coffee... The idea would be to visit the festivals, car shows, village shows and various other events around the midlands, east and north-east.
My question is- to visit these festivals what kind of paperwork etc. do i need in place? Do i need a casual trading liscence or would I be exempt for these shows?
I presume i need haccp clearance for selling ice cream and coffee?
Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated....
