Cashing in pension

Hi,

When my SSIAs matured afew years ago i took part in the pension lump sum scheme but have not contributed to this pension since. I had no pension scheme at work but now my cercumstances have changed and I will be paying into a pension scheme.

Is there any way of cashin in the original lump sum from the SSIA as I could use these funds now and just move ahead with the new scheme.
