Carpets and Carpet Fitter

Moving into my apartment soon and looking to carpet some of the rooms. Anyone know any good quality and decent value companies/people that sells and fits carpets?

If you run the search option you should find plenty of previous threads on buying carpets, not sure about the fitters.
