Carpet off cuts

could anyone let me know the best place to pick up carpet off cuts? we have just bought a very run down old house and cant afford to do up for about 2 years, dont want to waste money on putting in carpet as they will have to be ripped up when we install heating , rewire, etc

I wonder what the flooring is like in Heaven. Has God found Des? Is there a symbiosis?

Some remnants are often stored propped up against the front wall of the shop and exposed to the elements! And not just at DK's I'm sure.

Make a mint by opening 7 days a week and when it's made find God and close for one day of the week in a public show of piousness (he was on the radio recently talking about it and his billboard ads also feature this issue)? I suppose I shouldn't really be slagging off [broken link removed] but pardon me for finding it all a bit rich (pun intended).
 
B&Q sell them also, they are currently trading on Sundays, imagine you'd have to have your own transport to take them away though
