Career/Life Coach recommendations

Hi
Anyone worked with a career/life coach that you could recommend in the Dublin area

Lots of people listed but choosing one is bit like blind faith

It would be get a personal recommendation from someone of a coach they worked with who was good, supportive, gained good results with

Anyone got any suggestions/recommedations?

What precisely do you mean by career/life coach? For example what sort of qualifications would you be looking for in such a person?

I guess im struggling with career change. I believe that within next couple of years i may through my own choice or through changes imposed on me i may need to leave current organisation i work for. Rather than deadling with that if and when it arises trying to be pro-active and put plan in place now, while have the time, to have a plan B for what to do with my life. I guess i would be looking for someone who could help with items like the following

• Clarifying goals - figuring out what want - Life meaning and goals
• Aligning Work Life Balance and work/non work commitments - getting everything done that need to do
• Recognising my skills, abilitites values and knoweldge - what i can offer the world , what makes me tick, patterns and interests
• If i wanted to go back to re-train/further education - what i could study, avenues and options open to me
• Formulating plan for next career step - figuring out what i could work at that i would enjoy
• Working on Self esteem, Self Confidence
• What keeping me stuck
• Overcoming fears
• etc

In terms of the person, - I would be looking for qualitifed professional with a proven track record or results but not sure what sort of qualifications and experience should be looking out for before deciding on a coach -Like i said in OP lots of 'coaches' out there but not sure how to settle on one. I guess that one of the reaons for the post was this and why looking for personal recommendations from people that might have worked with coach in the past and found them really good
