My car was stolen a few months back and i got the insurance payout etc. The car has since been recovered by the guards. Does the insurance company now own the car.
You should have given them the keys and all related ownreship documentation at the time the claim was settled. They will probably sell it on at an auction to try and recover the amount settled for.
