Can anyone answer this question for me:
The named driver on my car insurance rear-ended someone else (minor damage).
I have fully comprehensive insurance but it turns out his driving licence - second provisional- is lapsed. He's on the waiting list for a driving test. I have informed the insurance company of this and given them his driving test number.
Does this invalidate my insurance and will the insurance company refuse to repair both cars?
