Hello, I am in receipt of a car allowance from my employer since a few years. This is not written into the contract; does anybody know if this can be cut without the employee's agreement ?

They generally can't cut something like this without discussion and agreement. Is there any justification for this cut now? How is the business doing? If you refuse to accept this cut, what is likely to happen next?
