Can't get my P60

Register for a MyAccount and ROS. Can't get my p60 and I need it to do a tax return.

On MyAccount I select

Review your tax 2017 - 2020​

And the I get this message

Preliminary End of Year result not available​

You cannot proceed as you (and/or your spouse or civil partner, if applicable) were registered for Income Tax during the year.


The site is an absolute mess. You file your taxes once a year it should be a simple user interface but it's a ball of confusion. A friend who is an accountant said it is dysfunctional. Whose idea was it to stop sending out P60s.

You try ringing revenue and nobody answers.....

I needed my p60 for 2020. After a long while I found my Employment Details Summary, formerly known as p60.

I knew they had to be there as I'm HSE so there was no way it wasn't there.

Try this

Click on review your tax 2020

Pick a year, it doesn't seem to matter which one.

Then click on the menu line (the 3 lines).

Click on my documents and hopefully you'll find what you need. Depending on your screen you might have to scroll down the page. You can

"Employment Detail Summary" didn't appear for me for either year where it should have (as becky described) below Statement of Liability. I raised a query to Revenue through My Enquiries (in MyAccount) yesterday. Today, the Employment Detail Summary is there for 2019 and 2020, as it should be.
