Can't get my ex's consent to fix the mortgage rate

mortgage with Ulster.
ex partner not signing over his right of the property. at the same time not paying mortgage for last 10 years.
wanna change my mortgage to fix rate , need his consent? cannot be contacted as well ..what can I do?
 
I don't mean to be harsh, but you have started 5 separate threads since 2017 in relation to this mortgage.

You need paid for legal advice to resolve this long running issue.

Following up on RedOnion's response, I see from previous posts that you were not married to the owner of this property; and you did not make any claim after you separated. So you are effectively a squatter it seems to me.

Get legal advice.

What advice did Solicitor give you?

Are you paying a mortgage thats not in your name on a house you don't own?
 
Ok so if the property and mortgage is in both names, then your position is different.

Again, what advice did your Solicitor give you?
