Can't Access Some Websites Since Yesterday

Yesterday my computer gave me the option of upgrading to the latest version of Internet Explorer, which I opted for. Since then, I've been unable to access a few sites I view regularly, e.g., www.golfbidder.co.uk

I get the "Oops! This link appears to be broken" thing.

Has anybody else had a similar problem lately with their computer?

I did a full system scan this evening and it didn't throw anything up.
 
If you're using eircom broadband this has been happening all week.

Thanks Rois. I've tried a few things but no joy. I still cannot access that website. And it's the only one of the regular ones I visit that I can't access.

Has anyone else any suggestions?
 
No problem accessing the site and I am on eircom broadband.

Only thing I can suggest is resetting your router.
 
Thanks Paddy. I switched to Vodafone but that was months ago. This problem came out of the blue.

Would that mean contacting Vodafone and going through the set up process again, i.e., putting in the password etc?
 
I've just had a horrible thought! Maybe my wife sabotaged the computer to stop me buying more golf clubs! I'll have to have a word with her! ;)
 
Hadn't been online for a few days until tonight and everything seems to be back to normal. And I got on to www.golfbidder.co.uk no problem but, interestingly, the site has a totally new layout. Maybe that had something to do with it.

Now where did I put my Visa Card...? :D
