Can you do without a bolier

We have a bolier to heat the water in our bathroom and kitchen. Our heating is powered by electricity. The hotpress is bascially located within a corner of the bathroom which are about to remodel.

We are having an electric shower installed and were wondering if it is possible to remove the boiler altogether so that we could have a larger bathroom.

We realise that we would lose the hot water to the WHB and the kitchen but there is another way to heat this supply?

Yes there is. We used a water heater that fit neatly under the kitchen sink and was very easy to install and was also very compact. Never had any problems with it. (We put another one in the bathroom)

Are they expensive and/or hard on power?
