Can you do anything to fix dull scratched tiles in bathroom?

Hey, any ideas how to bring life back to dull tiles on a bathroom floor, they are obv cheap tiles builders put down day one, dull, chalkey, slightly marked and scratched... no amount of cleaning makes them look clean and shiney! Wondering if there's any product out there that you can paint on tiles like you would varnish wood to bring a bit of life back. Dont want to take up tiles, looking for an easier option!!

Except that varnish won't adhere to tiles!

You can get special tile paint that is formulated to adhere to tiles, see these previous threads.
