Hi there

I seem to remember you can only claim fees for a full-time third level course, not for a part-time one but I don't know why I think this. Does anyone know?

Trying to reskill myself yet again, but also have to try to earn money so registering for a part-time MSc...

Thanks for any replies

It doesn't have to be full-time, it just has to be a course of 2 years or more in an approved college / university AFAIK. All the info is here:

http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/reliefs/tuition-fees.html

Best of luck with it!

I claimed successfully on Open University courses. OU was on the list of approved providers. If in doubt, claim. They can always just say "no".

Found it!

Thanks so much, found my course on the list, saved the (badly formatted, hard to search) pdf file for future ref...
