Hello, I am working with a husband and wife in our company, The wife who is with us for a long period has a standard rate cut off of 735.00 euro and has 96 tax credits, The husband is new to the company and was earning a lot less , His cut off is 528.00 euro and he has 31 tax credits, He is now earning as much as his wife and would like to know would it be best to change his standard cut off and take back some of his tax credits, Or is this even possible, The reason for wanting to change things around is that his net wage is 43.00 less this week than usual, I hope I worded this correctly, Thanks for any help, Regards Cumnor.

Does the wife earn in excess of €735 a week? If so,as a couple,it won't make any difference to the money coming into the house.

@salaried - if they are on or will register for PAYE Anytime they can do this or else they will have to phone up as you will need revised certs

Vandriver and WizardDr, Thanks for your replies, Very helpful as usual, Regards Cumnor.
