Can you appeal a case you won in the labour courts

Why would you want to?

I think you can only appeal to the high court on a point of law only.

Well say a case was brought and your it suited your employer if they had loss,The employer won but wanted the employee to win, So my question is can they take it back to court, cant go in to the details as you can appricate.Cant really say much more but just wondering can one expect to go back to the labour courts,This loss suits the employee aswell.

Or are you saying that the employee/plaintiff who won the case now wants to appeal it looking for the judgement to be reversed? Sounds very strange if so...
