Can I use Ros.ie to file a joint tax return?

Hi All,
First, let me explain my circumstances. My wife is self-employed and completed her tax return last year through ros.ie.
I'm PAYE work but I need to file a tax return this year. WE got married last year and need to request a Year of Marriage tax review.

Can we submit a joint return on ros.ie for 2008? Will it also take into account the year of marriage review?

You file separately in the year of marriage, and jointly in following years.
There is a box on the Form 11 to request a year of maiiage review.

Domo, Form 11 is the ros.ie tax return site, correct? So we can file jointly online?

No, in the year of marriage you need to file separately. There is no other option - these are the rules.

It is only from the following year that you can file jointly.
