Can I track an overseas parcel with An Post?

I had a parcel sent from Italy in early November.

It seems to have gone missing somewhere.

The An Post tracking system doesn't respond to the Italian tracking number.

Is there anything else I can do at this end?

Have you tried one of the global tracking sites/aggregators? E.g.:

I had a similar issue with a package from France and Googled 'parcel tracking france' and the first result gave me the details. There are others that Google gives you when you try results from Italy
