I've discovered that my Mortgage Protection policy covers me for too high an amount - E436,000 instead of the lender's required E243,000. (I can see where the error was made but that's not my question right now)
Can I ask them to reduce the sum covered and recalculate my premium? Or will they want to scrap the policy and insist on a fresh one (with medical
)?
