My situation`s the following: I`ve been continously employed in the UK since 2005 (with the same employer). I was on Maternity Leave for 1 year from May staying in Hungary, then I returned to the UK and had active employment status for 3 months. I`ve been on Maternity Leave again since Aug, 2011 for 1 year staying in Hungary. After I`ll get my holidays I`m planning to leave the company in Sept, 2012. I`ve been actually living in Hugary since May, 2010 except the mentioned 3 months. I`m not planning to return to the UK for working. Can I still claim for JSA from Hungary?
