Can I claim a mix of medical/dental expenses under "Other"Health Expenses on form 11

I have a med 2 form from the orthodontist for my daughter's braces
The medical costs are eligible per the www.revenue.ie information.

I m just wondering if this is equally efficient or should I have claimed by sending in a separate med 1 and 2.

Just use Form 11

The MED2 form is basically a formalised receipt in case revenue come looking for proof. You need to hang onto it, but you don't need to send it in.
