Can anyone recommend an independent Agent who can advise on state pension benefits and qualifications pls - in Dublin - thank you

I think the Pensions office is in Sligo. You will find it under government services.

I have found them very helpful to people , I suggest drop them a note . I don,t see you needing an agent on this.
The Pensions office will willingly give you your up to date position, how you are now, what you need to qualify for Contributary or Non-Contributary pension etc.

You could call into CIC and discuss the matter there, its a free service.

Qualifying conditions for State Pensions are laid out in their leaflet No. SW118. and applications are only accepted on the application forms.

Pensions are based on the amount of PRSI contributions made during the working life.

Perhaps if you gave some details of your situations there are many people here willing to help
