can anyone recommend a good digital camera for around €200-€250

Hi, Hopefully someone can help me.
Looking to get new digital camera. Don't use it too often so don't want to spend a fortune. Mainly for holidays, weddings etc.
Was looking at the [broken link removed] today and sales guy said is a good camera for price but he obviously is biased and wants a sale!
Or are there other makes/ models that are better?

I can recommend the Fuji finepix S9600 digital camera I have just bought 262 Euros plus delivery from http://www.elara.ie The website gives all the spec for the camera. (it is a very easy camera to use). I have no association with this company.

the sony dsc t50 is the bomb. around 275 on the net . head and shoulds above everything else.
