can anyone give me advice please

i bought a house in november in co meath. main point of buying out there was just to get onto property ladder (no offence to longwood or meath btw). i now want to sell up or rent it out. my fiance is in a position to take affordable housing, but will only be offered a 2 bed apartment which we don't want. what we want is a 3 bedroom house in lucan in the region of €350000, so who can please give me some advice on what to be done by me in order for us to get what we want
