Could this person remain registered for ROS in order to register as an Irish employer to employ an Irish person to work in Ireland. The person is living in Germany and is not making any profit from the employee. The employment is purely to take care of personal affairs in Ireland. As there are no profits would the German tax authorities have to be informed about the employment.
