Can a Property Adjustment Order expire?

I have a house with my ex. A property adjustment was made in her favour and she was to take over the mortgage. The order stated that it was to be completed within 6 months of April 2014. To date she has still not taken over the mortgage and has moved away.

Where does this stand now, is the court order still valid?

I am now in a position (financially) to take over the mortgage myself and would prefer that. Can I take this back into court and ask for the order to be made in my favour now seeing as she has not complied?

The order remains in place until replaced with another order or complied with or voluntarily removed by the person in whose favour it was made.

So does that mean that the date specified on the order is of no relevance? It stated that it was to be completed within 6 months of April 2014.
