No; assuming this is before Grant of Probate.

IANAL

No idea. Once Grant of Probate is done, the will is a public document anyway.

I've dealt with a number of estates as exec.

In one case I spoke to the beneficiaries & gave them the details. One of them attempted fraud on foot of the information they were given. I declined to discuss anything after that experience.
