Buying small kitchen appliances in France

Anybody any knowledge of where to buy small kitchen appliances in France at good prices.... Have been looking at Pixmania.fr and there is such a larger variety to choose from than here.
We are buying a mobile home over there and will need to buy some small appliances, the most expensive being a combination microwave oven.
Any suggestions as to the best places to go to buy. We will be in the Les Sables d'Olonne area.

Owned a mobile in France for many years and have to say those hols were the best ever. We bought everything in our nearest Carrefour at very reasonable prices or you could find out the day of the local market and pick up a lot of things there as well. Hope you have many great years holidaying there.

I agree with going to your local Carrefour or hypermarché. They will sell everything like that at good prices, as cheap as you would get really. I lived in France on an erasmus year and we got a microwave combination oven in the hypermarché near us, lugged it home and cooked many a pizza in it....

In Nice, Carrefour, Conforuma and Darty all do this type of stuff. Monoprix is a supermarket chain like Tesco and do have some electrical stuff like microwaves. I think all these stores have multiple outlets all over France.
