Does anybody know what are the downsides of buying a house which has been repossessed by the bank? Apart from making sure you are not taking on unpaid bills of previous owner...(I read this here on a previous thread on same subject) are there any areas to particularily watch out for?
The house I have in mind is an absolute bargain and makes me wonder why.
The EA is saying nothing. The family (builder) still lives there but desperate
to get out.
