Hello,
I'm planning in buying a land site (1000m2) in Mexico and would like to understand my tax implications on this. I'm originally from Mexico and living in Dublin for the last 9 years, I'm buying that site more as a long term investment for when I decide (I should add a big IF) to go back to Mexico. My tax is naturally being filed in Ireland since I don't live in Mexico anymore.
Any pointers on things to consider around tax?
