I have 2 brothers in Baltimore for the last 15 years and I spend 2 months a year with them.I am thinking of buying an investment property there as a summer home and possibly to rent out for school term...I have hears that it is not possible to do this as an irish person due to US regulation, is this true please.thanks loughshinny.
