Buying home for disabled child

Hi, I've done a search but can't find what I'm looking for. Given the housing crisis, I would at some point like to buy a home for my child who has autism . He could likely live independently but will never qualify for a mortgage and will most likely remain single.
Can anyone tell me if there are any exemptions available with the additional costs associated with buying a second home for the above purpose ?
Thanks in advance

What additional costs?

I assume you pay stamp duty of 1% just as you usually do.

And you will pay property tax.
