Buying as investment

Can anyone tell me, if its possible to buy for investment, we are not residents of ireland, we currently live in Spain, and will lenders, let you borrow without proving income, and use the rental as income? with 50% or more deposit down, any info would be helpful as we are hoping to purchase now, with a view to relocating later on this yr, or early next.

yes, it is possibel to buy for investment and lenders will lend 50%. You may even find that yoru bankers in Spain will also lend for property in ireland.
