buying an ETF of DAX

I want to buy an ETF for the DAX. Ishares do one .
Only problem is that when I put the ticker into my yahoo finance account, I cannot find it. There is a different Reuters and a different Bloomberg ticker as well.
So when i try to buy the shares on my online dealing account, nothing shows up.
Does anyone know how I find the ticker for this?

The major German fund MSCI German ETF (EWG) seems to be dollar denominated, but I could be wrong.

One interesting point. The Porsche "cornering" the market of VW shares last autumn would have majorly hit the German ETFs through churning. When the VW share price went through the roof a lot of shares would have to have been bought and sold to re-balance the index thus costing money in bid-offer spreads etc.
