Buying an apartment from management co.

Has anyone experience of buying an apartment or similar from a management company/agent which has a sittting tenant or allowing them to source one for you in Dublin area. Any help appreciated.

Surely the owner of the property is those whose name is registered on the Title documents. A Management Co/Agent may not be entitled to dispose of a property without the agreement of the owner.

Do you not mean buying one from a letting agent? The confusion arises where some letting agents also manage the properties for the landlord.
