Revenue have finally allowed pre February 2011 BOB's ARF rights, however ARF rights are only allowed if the BOB came from a DC scheme if I am reading it correctly.
I am scratching my head here as I have contacted a couple of BOB providers and they said that they did not record whether the source of the BOB came from a DB or DC scheme pre Feb. 2011 as it was irrelevant information at the time of issuing the BOB!
