Buy new bed and remove old bed

I want to buy a new double bed for an investment property in Dublin. I live in Galway so I want to avoid travelling to Dublin just to buy a bed.

I am looking for a company who sells beds who will also remove the old battered bed and matress. Any suggestions?

Logistically, my tenants are willing to pay for the bed and matress and deduct it from their rent. They are good long term tenants and I want to do this quickly. I originally furnished the entire apartment from Bargaintown.

We bought a bed from Arnotts recently. They took away the old bed and mattress.

A word of caution, i had a tenant that in two years went through 3 washing machines so i told her to buy the one she wanted herself and take it with her when she was leaving. What you may be prepared to pay for a bed and what your tenant pays for a bed WILL be two different things. As for deducting it from their rent i wouldnt. If their willing to pay for it themselves , then let them take it with them and look after disposal as well.PS does the bed need to be replaced because of wear and tear or other damage?

I believe beds.ie offer a removal and disposal of old beds/mattress's for €40, though only with ordered beds and not usually the next day delivery. [broken link removed] (i have no association with the company)

Marks & Spencer will take away the old bed - for a fee. I'm not sure how much they charge, though. A friend mentioned that she had bought one from there and availed of the service.
