If I understand you correctly, you a looking for a 'waste oil' burner.
Yes they can be got easily enough, but I would NEVER install one in my house,
because for the possibility of harmful emissions as the quality of what is being burned is uncontrolled.
The are is use in several garages I know of, but I always reply the same when asked to service or repair one 'are you suppling the space suit for me!' as there is no way I am going to handle , breath in, or have anything whatsoever with whatever residue may be left inside the thing (cadmium, chromium etc...all cancer causing)
And will not ever put my 'expensive' electronic testing equipment anywhere near its emissions!
