A friend of mine is selling his house in Dublin, and buying a plot of land in Kildare,Carlow etc..., to build a large 3 bed house and large workshop ( he is mechanic).
Anyone experience of this, pitfalls of purchasing land with PP, Prices of builders, architects, other expenses incurred.
He believes he will get 315,000 for existing home, and will have money left over from transfer to sticks ......
