Building costs

Hi,

Has anyone had the following done recently and would know *roughly* the costs envolved ?

1.) Skim plaster on plaster board. price per sq m ?
2.) RSJ installed removing wall between livingroom and hall. price per job.

I'm based in Dublin *I guess this makes a difference to cost*
