Builder recommendation for small extension

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations for a reasonable builder for a small extension to the back of my house. I need an internal wall knocked down also which will require rsj's.

Having never employed a builder before, if anyone can give advice as to how to go about dealing with the builder once selected I'd appreciate it.

Professionals cannot recommend contractors per se and this not to be taken as a recommendation, but we have found Irish Engineering surveys reasonable on small works
