Builder in Bray area for old house crack repair

A friend of mine needs to get a plaster crack fixed in his old house and isstruggling to get someone. He is selling his old house and part of the contract was to fix this crack.

Does anyone know of registered builders in thr Bray area, he needs to get a letter from them on headed paper to prove that the work has been done.

thats a dangerous clause as that type of thing tends to reoccur. he should make sure it is agreed that once it has been repaired once to a standard that satisfies the purchasers, that ends his responsibility.

He has that in contract, he just needs to repair the crack and get a letter from a registered builder to state thet the repair has been done. his problem is getting a builder.
