I have received a letter from these collection agents regarding a small amount that i owe Airtricity.
The letter gives me the option of setting up a payment option online, but the online address is for the collection agency.
Can anyone tell me if this means that i am paying the collection agency or Airtricity? In other words, would BCW have purchased the debt at a discount and are now looking to retrieve the full amount?
