BTEA to JA for Summer? Reduction. Why?

My payment has been lessened by €19 for the summer. Why is that?

I should add that I was getting the normal rate but it's been reduced.

I've turned 25 this year and genuinely seeking summer employment, I'm just curious as to why it has been reduced.

No change in my living circumstances either.

How much are you getting? Were you reviewed recently? It shouldn't happen if you wer on BTEA and now going on JA. You should go onto the same rate as you were on before BTEA.

Ya I don't know why tbh.

I'm getting €177.30, but I was on the full rate until last week when I finished my exams for the summer.

I really don't know why this is.

If your JA was reduced because of means before you went onto BTEA, could SW be applying that means test to you now? Back to Education is paid at the full rate, regardless of means.
