BT Phone Bill - WRT charge

Hi

Downloaded my BT phone bill from their website.

There are a string of "Other Call Types" at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

WRT - - - Call Return per Call Charge - - - 0.05

Anybody know what this is?

I will call them later on - they are usually helpful, but Monday not the best day to be phoning a queueing system.

Hoping AAM would provide a quicker response.

Not 1471 Caller Return by any chance? This is charged at €6.05 according to their tariff of charges here. Not sure if that's per call (hope not!) or per billing period.

Yep - 5c plus the VAT = 6.05

I have 8 line items, so seems per call. Time to retrain the wife on how to use the handset. It stores the last 50 numbers (or whatever), so no need to be using 1471.
I though this 1471 thing was a free service.
